Preventive Maintenance
High-pressure homogenizers require a yearly preventative maintenance visit to achieve optimal performance and prevent downtime. Our preventative maintenance program involves a detailed inspection of the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components. We change consumables including the high pressure seals, gaskets, O-rings, filters, hydraulic oil, and consumable hardware items. Whether your high-pressure homogenizer is used in production or a laboratory setting, Dyhydromatics will ensure that your equipment stays in peak operating condition. All service visits include a preventative maintenance parts kit tailored to the machine being serviced, hands-on training and a detailed after-visit report of the services rendered and any issues of concern. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we look forward to establishing a solid business relationship with you.

Training
With 50 years of combined experience in the high-pressure homogenizer industry, Dyhydromatics has the knowledge and know-how to provide a variety of training options to new and existing customers. Our unique training platform takes place at the customer’s facility and covers theory and hands-on training for operators, maintenance personnel and engineers. Spares and Replacement Parts
We design, manufacture and maintain a large inventory of high quality, built-to-last components at our headquarters in Massachusetts. These parts include direct replacements for our own ShearJet® processors and other leading brands. You’ll find our prices are very competitive and our delivery times are exceptionally fast.
Reaction Chamber® Module
Our exclusive chamber design is available in the size you need for your scalable Dyhydromatics machines. They are also available as direct replacements in the piping system as well as flow rates for other brands with fixed-geometry chambers, high- and medium-pressure check valves, high-pressure piping, adapters and fittings. The pharmaceutical-grade finish includes all documentation to meet FDA validation requirements. Once installed, you will see immediate improvements in your processor’s high shear performance and chamber longevity.
Replacement Parts & Spares
High-pressure check valves, low and medium pressure piping. We design and control the manufacture our piping including our unique No-Leak, Long-Life design that mates perfectly with the standard HP female connection used in all high-pressure processor brands. This makes it a breeze to replace your OEM components with a leak-free Dyhydromatics high pressure or medium pressure piping. We also manufacture custom HP piping adapters, inlet fittings, pump heads and bent nipples to optimize your machine’s performance.
High Presure Compontents
High-pressure piping, adapters and fittings. We design and control the manufacture all of our high pressure (HP) piping and the piping that go with them. Our unique design and tolerancing ensure for longer life, greater productivity, and peace of mind. This makes it a breeze to replace your leaky OEM components. We also manufacture custom high pressure piping adapters, inlet fittings, pump heads and bent piping to optimize your machine’s performance.
Seals, Bushings, Bearing, & Rings
