ShearJet® high-pressure homogenizers support scalable high-shear processing and uniform nano-sized particle reduction across a range of applications including nanoemulsions, nanosuspensions, liposomes, cell disruption, and advanced formulation work  pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, personal care, chemical, and cannabis markets.

At the core of each system is our proprietary Diamond Reaction Chamber® technology, engineered for precise particle size reduction, consistent high-shear performance, and long-term durability.

The ShearJet® HL60 V2 is our compact R&D workhorse, designed for sample volumes from 3 mL to 500+ mL. Now available in 110 VAC, this electric-hydraulic high-pressure homogenizer operates from 5,000 to 30,000 psi and supports continuous operation at maximum pressure.

Its small footprint and quiet operation make it well suited for laboratory and R&D environments. The integrated product heat exchanger provides efficient cooling via chiller, while the HMI displays key process parameters including pressure, duration, product temperature, and data acquisition.

Medium VolumeShearJet® PL300

Benchtop Pneumatic Processing for Formulation Development
The ShearJet® PL300 is a compact pneumatic high-pressure homogenizer designed for medium-volume formulation development and processing. Available in non-pharma and pharma configurations, the PL300 generates pressures up to 23,000 psi with a 6 mL stroke volume.

The non-pharma model supports sample sizes starting at 45 mL, while the pharma configuration supports sample sizes starting at 70 mL. Flow rates range from 300–450 mL/min, with configurable heat exchanger, ceramic plunger, and Reaction Chamber® Module options.
