Attendees saw ShearJet® high-pressure homogenizers used for both small-volume and medium-volume processing, including:

- Small-volume processing, as low as ~3 mL
- Designed for R&D and formulation development
- Precise, repeatable particle size reduction at lab scale
- HMI with data acquisition for pressure, temperature, and process duration
- ShearJet® HP350 V2:
- Processes sample sizes from 80 mL to 50 L+
- Continuous or batch operation
- Flow rate of 300–450 mL/min
- Operating pressure up to 30,000 psi (≈ 2,068 bar)
The ShearJet® HP350 V2 model is also available in a Pharma Premium configuration with advanced process-control and pharmaceutical processing features. Available options include data acquisition capabilities supporting 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, built-in feed pump integration, TOC package availability, fully enclosed system design, safety interlocks, and visual/audio warnings. These Pharma Premium features are also available on our ShearJet® HP1200 V2 Homogenizer for pilot and small-scale production applications.
